Reiki is a gentle, yet powerful energetic modality that accesses the Universal Life Force and supports you through cleansing, clearing and energizing the energetic centers of the body (chakras), the emotional body, the mind and the spirit.

Reiki is over 2,500 years old, originating in Tibet and used exclusively by Tibetan monks until it was lost for centuries. Rediscovered by Dr. Usui in the late 1800’s, Reiki is now available to all to assist in the healing of body, mind and spirit.

Sessions can be with touch hands-on or hands-off.

Pranayama, yogic breath work, teaches a variety of ways to access and stay in charge of your breath in order to regulate the nervous system and relieve anxiety, among many other benefits.
